- A delivery fee will be added during check out.
- Areas not listed as a main centre are classified as remote areas and an additional delivery charge will be incurred. This is approximately R70.00 – dependent on items ordered. This charge will be invoiced via email once we have received your order. Please note, that we can only proceed with fulfilling your order once all outstanding fees are received.
- Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment. Your personal information will not be distributed to anybody.
- We always go above and beyond to deliver our gifts in a timely manner. Please allow 2 – 10 working days for delivery – Dependent on delivery address and how busy we are. Please take the time to review delivery information.
- If any item inside the gift sets is unavailable, an item of equal value may be substituted, within the same theme as the product being replaced.
- All products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee – if you are not happy, let us know within 48 hours and a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be made provided we receive the items back in their original packaging and undamaged. Refunds do not include delivery fees.
- To maintain the beautiful appearance of all items for many years to come, please avoid direct contact with water, excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as perfume, detergent, cosmetics, hairspray, or dishwashing liquid. Excessive light, heat or moisture, will deteriorate the quality of the plating on the metal. After each use, gently wipe with a soft cloth, and store in a jewellery box or in a soft pouch. Please remember that costume jewellery should be worn as an “occasional” enhancement. You should not expect to wear our products as you would fine jewellery.
- We will gladly exchange or replace your purchase within 48 hours, provided the product has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence, tampering or non-adherence to cleaning and care instructions.

Discount Codes & Coupons
Promotional coupons and discount codes offered by How Thoughtful are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via our website – howthoughtful.co.za unless otherwise stated.
- Only one voucher code can be redeemed per customer i.e. you can only redeem the code once.
- Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
- Discount codes that quote a minimum spend exclude delivery costs in the spend value.
- Coupon codes must be entered at the check-out page when placing your order and cannot be retrospectively applied.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash should you return your order.
- Disocount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
